At the office...but Id rather be riding :)'

This weekend I am heading up north to Waipu with a group of riders..a lazy autumnal ride interspersed with a long lunch and a couple of drink stops along the way.

There is truly a joy on the bike - your sole focus is staying upright, enjoying the ride and appreciating the beauty around you. This to me is what I love about it.

Will report back next week.

Yes, call it crazy, yes, call it a pipe dream, but why the hell shouldnt I have a "BHAG" - a Big Hairy Audacious Goal.

So there it is, the beginning of my journey!

I took this photo of the old girl when I stopped for a smoke on the side of Lake Rotorua.

A sweet moment of peace and quiet!

I'm back!

Somehow I managed to log back in after a mere 8 years away from the site! I have so much to say, and so much to add, however, just logging ...
